Although functional, our existing website stood dated in the eyes of stakeholders. Its visual allure fell short, and critical information like case studies and company details were underrepresented.


This posed a challenge for the marketing team, hindering effective campaigns aimed at boosting engagement and conversions. The site's high drop-off rate and limited engagement time necessitated a holistic transformation.


Zensite's imperative was clear—reinvigorate the website, both visually and structurally, with the intent to elevate engagement and catalyse conversions.

  1. Exploring the Digital Landscape

  • I initiated the journey by delving into desk research and competitive analysis. This panoramic view allowed me to decipher design trends, especially within agencies in our industry.


  1. Stakeholder Insights

  • My interactions extended to key stakeholders—the CEO, CMO, and Business Developer. These conversations unearthed pain points and expectations, guiding us toward crafting a website that seamlessly aligned with their workflows.

  • Armed with insights from research and stakeholder interactions, I delved into the conceptualisation phase. User journeys were meticulously created, transforming insights into tangible pathways.

  • With a focus on seamless user experiences primed for conversion and navigation, I crafted comprehensive information architectures and detailed wireframes.


  1. Collaborative Transformation

  • The baton then passed to the UI Designer, who transformed wireframes into stunning high-fidelity designs that encapsulated the essence of our new branding. These designs were purposefully developed, catering to smooth transition to the development phase.
